1. General Policy
Payments once processed are generally non-refundable except under the circumstances listed below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued if:
Charging session failed but payment deducted
System error caused double deduction
Charger malfunction prevented charging
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
Vehicle incompatible with charger
User stopped charging voluntarily
Incorrect charger selection by user
Network or vehicle fault not caused by us
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refund Request Process
Users must submit:
Transaction ID
Registered mobile number
Date & location of session
Send requests to: Support@ecochargeoasis.in
6. Company Discretion
EcoCharge Oasis Co. reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after investigation.
