Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

• All activities      under your account
• Immediate      reporting of unauthorized access

• EV charging      station discovery
• Charging      session management
• Payment      processing
• Customer      support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

5. Payments & Billing

• All charging      sessions must be prepaid or paid through approved payment methods.
• Prices may vary      by location and time.
• Taxes are      charged as per applicable law.

Failure of payment may result in suspension of access.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Damage charging      equipment
• Use services      for unlawful purposes
• Attempt      hacking, data extraction, or reverse engineering
• Misuse      promotional offers

7. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, software, UI, and text belongs to EcoCharge Oasis Co. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Charging delays
• Network      failures
• Vehicle      compatibility issues
• Indirect or      consequential damages

Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these terms or misuse services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Hisar, Haryana courts.
